Relay support
For help or privacy requests, email mananshah03690@gmail.com. Include your app version, iOS version, and a redacted screenshot of the issue. Do not email passwords, API keys, access tokens, private invitation codes, or your résumé unless we ask for it through a secure channel.
Getting started
- Join Relay with the private invitation supplied by the service operator.
- Connect the Gmail account you want to send from and your own supported contact-discovery account.
- Add your sender name, role template, and optional PDF résumé.
- Share a job link or enter a role and company, then verify the company website and message recipients before approving outreach.
The app provides offline sample data for exploration. Sample data cannot send email.
Common issues
- No contacts: Check the selected company and its email domain. Provider coverage, verification, search preferences, credits, and duplicate checks can reduce results to zero. Relay never guesses an employee’s address.
- Gmail access denied: The connected Google OAuth project may limit which accounts can authorize it. Contact support with the exact error text. Never send us your Google password.
- Queued mail is waiting: The default minimum spacing is 10 minutes between attempts. A daily cap, longer saved interval, paused queue, or expired Gmail grant can extend the wait. “Submitted” means Gmail accepted the request, not that the recipient received or opened it.
- Uncertain send: Check Gmail Sent before trying again. Relay avoids automatic retries where Gmail’s result is ambiguous, to prevent duplicate mail.
To pause pending mail or delete your Relay account, open Settings in the app. Sent mail cannot be recalled. See the privacy policy for data handling.
